Adult coloring books are a super popular way to relieve stress! I like coloring from time to time (though I usually don’t stay inside the lines haha :)) and it’s a nice meditative kind of activity as an alternative to actual meditation. It’s just one of those things you can do whenever you have a free moment to just relax and unwind. Plus, you get to step away from the electronics and focus on something totally analog (though there are coloring apps available too). Adult coloring books are also good if you can’t sleep and want to do something that sort of lulls you back to sleep without turning on any screens that could possibly keep you up. Try it!
